From the moment you walk through the door you know ko is a unique place

When we created KO, we knew we wanted to be more than just a simple gym. Having worked in traditional gyms in the past, we knew we needed to create a concept that would provide our members with the most effective tools for success. This meant we needed to offer a wide range of sessions to suit all fitness levels.

This also meant we needed to provide a learning environment run by experienced and successful coaches. However, our most important goal was to create a welcoming atmosphere and community in which everyone feels a sense of belonging.

A great session, consisting of weight routines designed to build strength in your muscles and help your body to burn fat more effectively.

Designed to build lean muscle, strength, & endurance. The workout is dynamic, using varied tempos and resistance to challenge your body’s upper, lower, and core muscles. The goal is to keep the body guessing and keep the calories burning even after the workout.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.

This is a cardio workout with more focus on boxing circuits, so if you are looking to get quick results then test yourself with box fit.
