Semi Personal Training*Our semi-private personal training is conducted in a small group environment of generally between 4-6 others. Sessions contain all the facets of a personal training session, however in a small group environment. The motivating sessions will be conducted  in a motivating and friendly group atmosphere.

Sessions run for 45 minutes

Current semi-private sessions are conducted early mornings, mid-mornings and evenings.
