With one-on-one training with a personal trainer, the focus is on you and you alone. Our facilities are small, non-threatening and uncrowded - in other words, not your typical gym. They're places where everyone knows your name and where you receive the one-on-one exercise, nutrition and coaching sessions you need to succeed.

Personal Training is conducted at the KO studio in Scoresby or we can arrange to come to you in your area(at your home or local park)
Personal Training Sessions run for 30 minutes or 1 hour duration.
