Our Coaching Team is excited to get back training you all face to face to keep you motivated, keeping fit and also the opportunity to connect with others and have fun!
Our classes will be running in our huge car park with sessions running daily AM and PM. Class times will be staggered to allow enough time between members entering and exiting and a maximum of 10 participants will apply under government restrictions.
